Philips is enhancing its product configuration management processes with Configit CLM, addressing challenges caused by previously disconnected tools and processes. The earlier setup led to inefficiencies and inconsistencies, resulting in duplicate maintenance activities, inconsistent master data across tools and customer impact. By implementing Configit CLM, the company is establishing a single source of truth for configurable systems, software and services.
