Working with Configit, NORD implemented a streamlined end-to-end Configuration Lifecycle Management (CLM) process that included both internal processes between the configurator, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SAP, and external processes with partners and dealers.
The resulting customer-oriented sales configurator provides all relevant product and process information for all online business transactions. This includes both external OEMs, distributors and end-users, as well as internal Sales, Solution Engineering and Product Management teams.
