Configit appoints new Chief Financial Officer
Configit, provider of Configuration Lifecycle Management software solutions, today announced Anders Tang Christensen has joined as chief financial officer (CFO), effective 1 August.
As CFO, Anders Tang Christensen will be head of the Finance Department and a member of the Executive Management Team reporting directly to the Board of Configit.
About his new position, Anders says: “I am convinced that the Configuration Lifecycle Management concept and products will help optimize the way businesses operate. Configit has been very successful, and following the investment by Polaris and Damgaard the company is on a very exciting growth path. I am very happy by the opportunity to help build on this success.”
Anders brings with him a rich 30 years of financial management experience. During this time he has been CFO of three growth companies, most recently at IBS AB, a leading provider of ERP software to the wholesale, distribution and manufacturer/distributor markets.
