CPQ for CNH Dealers

As part of an overhaul of their dealer order management application, CNH implemented a user-friendly CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) for dealers. CPQ is a core discipline when dealers work with their customers to customize the optimal vehicle for their requirements.

Adding Configit technology to the SAP platform gave CNH the freedom to collaborate with their key users in designing the optimal CPQ user experience, without sacrificing the direct link to the SAP platform.

CNH uses Configit’s patented technology Virtual Tabulation to improve usability and performance in the dealership quote-to-order processes.

End-user stakeholders were invited to participate in the ongoing design and review activities of the CNH eQuipment application. With continuous feedback and a key focus on performance and usability, CNH has created an exemplary experience using authoritative and consistent data from the core SAP platform.
