Signify began its Configuration Lifecycle Management (CLM) journey back in 2016, beginning with a CPQ project that evolved into a SaaS sales configuration solution to increase operational excellence and improve its customer journey.

Solution and Business Value

Starting with the U.S. in 2016, Signify rolled out Configit Quote® to Europe in 2017, greater China in 2018, finalizing global deployment in 2019. With the goal to achieve greater scalability across the organization, Signify decided to take the strategic step to move to a SaaS solution. Signify worked with Configit to develop a scalable solution, implementing it in 2021.

Since deploying the new SaaS solution, Signify has experienced greater efficiency. The throughput time for entering quotes has been significantly reduced with the increased system performance.

Over the years, Signify has continued to collaborate closely with Configit’s product team to further refine and extend functionality, including data visibility, product search, SAP punch out, rebates, multi-level approvals, and more.
