Configit Academy is a comprehensive program of online and classroom training for customers and partners.

The Configit Academy was developed to provide training in all levels of configuration management: from introductory courses on the concepts and fundamentals of configuration and Configuration Lifecycle Management, to more in depth and technical courses on effective design, implementation, and support of Configit solutions.

The purpose of Configit Academy is to enable participants to turn these new insights into actions. Courses are taught using a combination of lectures and hands-on training to ensure quickly-applied learning. All instructors are highly skilled and experienced implementation consultants with deep product knowledge and vast best practice experiences from client implementation projects.

Once I’ve found the course I want to take, how do I enroll?

When will I receive course details?

After registering, you will receive a course confirmation with all practical details. An additional course update will come one week prior to your scheduled course.

What skills are needed for the course?

Each course level will have both mandatory and optional prerequisites. Please review the course descriptions for requirements.

What should I bring to the course?

While each course description contains specifics of what to bring, generally speaking, participants should have their laptop and administrator rights to install software.We recommend that any necessary software be downloaded prior to course attendance.

How many participants can attend a scheduled Academy course?

There is no set limit to class size, but there is a minimum requirement of at least three registered participants for a course to proceed.

How many instructors will facilitate scheduled Academy courses?

Normally, one instructor will facilitate the course. With a larger number of participants, an additional instructor will be assigned.

When will I receive my course results?

The last module in each Academy course contains a multiple choice assessment. You will receive your test results (including a digital badge and diploma where applicable) within two weeks of course completion.
