Nordic Swan Ecolabel is the leading certification agency for environmentally sustainable products in the Nordics helping different industries to improve their environmental footprint. With a rigorous set of requirements for approx. 50,000 products in more than 65 different industries, Nordic Swan Ecolabel needed to transition from a cumbersome paper-based application process to a streamlined, digital process.

Working with SolutionSpace ApS, Nordic Swan Ecolabel implemented Configit Ace® and developed a solution called ReDigit, an Advanced Request Management System that replaced a manual application process using a 30+ page PDF document with a digital application process to obtain the Nordic Swan Ecolabel license. ReDigit is a configurable intelligent questionnaire that only presents applicants with the requirements relevant to their product.
