MAN Energy Solutions (MAN ES) offers a wide range of market leading solutions in maritime and industry sectors, all contributing significantly to decarbonization on a global scale: From the largest ship and powerplant engines running new carbon-neutral fuels to industry-scale heat pumps for district heating and solutions for carbon capture, utilization and storage across multiple sectors.
Such solutions are innovative, complex, constantly changing and highly adapted to local scenarios. Still, they share technology concepts and modules tailormade for the particular customer, industry, fuel/media, region, legislation and use case. The traditional ‘journey from ETO to CTO’ does not apply, more composite models like CTO+ must be incorporated. Facing the dynamic nature of technological and market challenges, MAN Energy Solutions has consistently leveraged configuration technology concepts developed in collaboration with Configit over the last 5+ years.
