Customer Keynote: Navigating Customization Challenges in Premier Tech

Premier Tech is a global leader in horticulture and agriculture manufacturing, industrial and environmental products, packaging, material handling equipment and water-treatment systems. Faced with the challenge of balancing demand for customization with needs of standardization, Premier Tech realized a new business model was required. Premier Tech selected Configit as a strategic partner to streamline manual processes, enhance data and system interconnectivity among systems such as Salesforce, Oracle ERP and Siemens Teamcenter PLM. This collaboration aims to implement a transparent and cohesive configuration lifecycle management framework, as part of Premier Tech’s digital transformation strategy.

In this presentation, Wilhelm Bielert, CIO at Premier Tech, will describe the decision to work with Configit, the implementation plan to enhance business model flexibility, decrease rework through accurate interpretation of customer needs, and explore integration possibilities across other Premier Tech groups.

As the co-author of the book “The Secrets of AI Value Creation” Wilhelm Bielert will also touch upon the benefits of AI as decision support solutions for enhanced speed and quality.
