CNH Industrial is an equipment, technology and services company with over 180 years of history. It operates globally across three distinct segments: Agriculture, Construction and Financial Services. With a vision of sustainably advancing the noble work of global agricultural and construction workers, CNH needed to address challenges of fragmented sales processes, manual configuration, inconsistent customer experiences, and limited data integration.
Beginning in 2012, CNH began its Configuration Lifecycle Management (CLM) journey with CNH eQuipment configurator, followed by offline sales, dealer inventory pricing and a sales app that supports new, pre-owned and stock vehicles.
Today, CNH is finalizing its North American quoting tool and services configurator to create a structured authoring system for services that standardizes the configuration experience, while extending the availability of services to other CNH tools.
